Tyréns is owned by the Sven Tyrén Foundation, whose Board appoints the Group Board of Directors, establishing ownership principles and ensuring the business develops in line with the foundation’s mission. 

The Tyréns Group Board oversees the Group and, together with the General Management Team (GMT), sets out the strategic direction. The GMT is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations.
